INTRODUCTION
Where can I eat tasty sushi in Tijuana? That’s a question a lot of people ask themselves on a daily basis, well Odayaka is a great sushi restaurant to eat, where you will be enjoying the great food and the nice environment. Odayaka Sushi Bar opened its doors in November 2016 and its located near Villa Saverios.
- MENU REVIEW
If we talk about the menu, we can say that you might like it, in our personal opinion the “Odayaka Roll” is our favorite dish yet, we had been ordering that roll since the first time we tried it. On the other hand we do not recommend the “Kappa Maki Roll”, but that is our opinion because but you could like it, but when we tried it we didn’t like the taste, we had not ordered that roll again so we don’t know about improvements in the roll.
We recommend you try almost everything on the menu because it’s good to try new things, when you go there try not to order the sushi you would order in another restaurant, try something new maybe you will like it. Anyways we do have some dishes to recommend, if you want something fresh you can order marlin sashimi or if you want rolls we have some to recommend you, for example: California
Especial Roll, Filadelfia Especial Roll,➴ Tempura Roll, San Diego Roll and last but not least our favorite, Odayaka Roll. You might like those rolls because they don’t have any weird ingredients.
If you had not been to Odayaka Sushi Bar you have to go, because when you are there you will be enjoying of the great variety of food and also the tasty dishes they have to offer, anyways if you are worried about eating raw fish remember they have a really varied menu, but you can trust the chefs in there because you have full view of how they prepare your food.
- AMBIENTAL REVIEW
In the ambiental review we assure you will be satisfied because in one point the service it's very good cause the persons who attend you are so amable and if you ask them for something they will be able to solve it, they also have good music that is relaxing or nice to the ear at the moment of eating and the waiters and staff are always on the lookout, in other aspects we have the cleanliness, the restaurant will always be clean and that’s a very important point for a client to be comfortable in the time the time he is there and they have also a very good design which we personally like a lot and believe us you will be wanting to go back as soon as possible, but going back to the theme they don’t only presents cleanliness in the place but also in their food at the moment to give it to you and that’s another good point because its relationated to the food quality which in our opinion its very good, the taste its good and the dishes are so pretty
- CONCLUSION
In conclusion we think that that Odayaka sushi bar it’s a great restaurant and we highly recommend it because it’s a restaurant where you can enjoy Japanese food, they have a big menu, the quality of the food its excellent and the ambient is a nice cause it’s a place where you can go with your friends and talk while you enjoy a delicious meal or you can also go with your family and eat a great dish like their classic “Odayaka roll” or “Centenario roll” you can't go out of that place without try one of that dishes but again we assure that as soon as you leave you will be wanting to come back.
